Dear director,

We greet you in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.  We are pleased to offer to provide your educational institute with courses that, possibly, you are not able to provide for your students at this time.  We strive to supply you with high quality materials in an interesting format.  Our materials align with a conservative evangelical view of theology and Biblical interpretation (see the section on “Our Beliefs.”  The material is intended for a master’s level program, but may be appropriate for studies on other levels as well.  How and for whom you use these materials depends on your discretion.

Feel free to look through the materials, and if you see something that will work in your program, you may freely use the material and recommend them to your students.  If a password is required to access the materials, send us a letter, and we will provide you with a temporary password.

We offer you and your students our materials free of charge except for some that are password protected. In order to cover our expenses connected with these programs we request a donation of 15 dollars per student taking that class.  Still, all donations are voluntary.  Write us concerning access to password protected courses.

As far as grading of students’ work you, of course, and free to make whatever course requirement you wish if you plan to grad them yourself.  But if you would like us to grade your students’ work, please let us know.  Be aware, that we grade according to the procedure described below.  Please also note our policy toward plagiarism and cheating.

Grading of student papers:

Student papers are graded on the basis of the quality of work that was done, and whether or not the student fulfilled the goals of the assignment.  The grading is pass-fail.  If the work is unsatisfactory, the student will receive detailed feedback and recommendations as to how to improve their work.  The student will need to rewrite those parts of the paper or test that were unsatisfactory, and resubmit the work. This process will continue until a passing grade is given.  All work must be done on a high quality level, as would be expected in the study of the most important topic in the world – the Word of God.

Plagiarism and cheating:

Plagiarism and cheating are strictly prohibited. Plagiarism is when a student cites word-for-word material from another source without footnote and credit.  Even if the student rewords the material in his or her own words, a footnote indicating the source of the idea is required.  Exception is made if the information is common knowledge and can be found in various resources.  After the first case of plagiarism the student will be suspended from the program for one year.  During that time his or her papers will not be received or graded. After the second incident the student will be permanently expelled from the program.
